the planner: 2013

First of foremost, what i had learnt when attending this class is all about appreciation of art. I learnt to know about the aesthetic, this term. This term is a powerful word and from this I can differentiate what is pleasant and what is unpleasant. Studio is totally a different course if compared to what I have learnt in school before. It does not touch about science, mathematics, and theory. It is all about art works ,colours, and skills . And , this had totally changed my mind, to become more interest in art.

               Beside that, what I learnt in RUS 104 is about the skills of sketching. Before entering this class, I never tried to use different kinds of pencils like 8B and 6H in my drawing. I just know how to use 2B pencils. I did not know all about sketching and drawing, although i could draw , but it really looked bad. But , after I entered this class, I learnt free sketching and I found that I can draw like others also. I have talent on it!

                Furthermore, I learnt about tolerance and team-work in RUS 104 studio project. In integrated studio with all different majors, and different kinds of people we met, we need to have co-operation to complete projects given. So, in order to complete it, communication is important and we need to come out with same idea after round table discussion. I learnt to accept others ideas and give full of co-operation to group members .

                  Indeed, I learnt a lot in RUS 104. I appreciate what i have learnt and proud that I am a part of RUS 104 . It might be bored to someone who dont really knows or experience RUS 104 by themselves before , but it would be a memorable time to HBPian as they will not regret to pass it and tell others we are from HBP.
